FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a flat rate, quoted up front, before anyone comes to your home. You'll never get a "starting at" number that changes once we walk through the house. Price is based on the size of your home and the type of clean, not an hourly clock. Standard cleans typically run $140-$220, deep cleans $230-$320, and move-out cleans $260-$380 depending on square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms. What's included at no extra charge: all cleaning supplies and equipment, before-and-after photos of every room, and our re-clean guarantee. Recurring clients save on every visit — 20% off weekly, 15% every two weeks, 10% monthly. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. You can skip or reschedule any visit for free. Add-ons are priced clearly so you can decide what you want: inside the oven or fridge ($35 each), inside cabinets ($40), interior windows and tracks ($50), and a few others. No deposit to book. Your card is only charged after the clean is finished and your photos are sent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You tell me the basics — bedrooms, bathrooms, rough square footage, and what kind of clean you're after. Takes about two minutes. 2. I send your exact flat price, usually within a few minutes. No in-home estimate and no waiting days for a callback. 3. We pick a day. You tell me how we get in — someone home, a door code, a lockbox, a hidden key — and anything we should know about pets, problem areas, or products you'd prefer we use. 4. The day before, you get a confirmation with your time window and your cleaner's name. 5. On the day, your cleaner texts when she arrives. She works from a room-by-room checklist and photographs every room before and after, so you can see exactly what was done even if you weren't there. 6. Your card is charged after the job is complete — not before. 7. If anything was missed, tell me within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it at no charge. First-time homes usually start with a deep clean so we're not maintaining someone else's buildup. After that, recurring visits are the standard rate with your discount applied.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got tired of how house cleaning normally works. You call three companies, two never call back, the third wants to walk through your house before they'll give you a number, and then the price changes anyway. I thought the whole thing could be simpler: tell me your home size, get a real price in minutes, book it. That's the company I built. We're building this to be the cleaning company people recommend to their neighbors, which means the details have to be right every single visit.
