Long story short, I own a moving company in Kansas City and needed to move a relative from Omaha back to KC. I booked these gentlemen eight days in advance to help load the truck. When moving day arrived, it was 12 degrees, but they didn’t miss a beat. They worked so quickly and efficiently that I actually had to send them on a 40‑minute lunch break just so I could finish wrapping furniture and breaking down the beds. I scheduled them for four hours, but we had the entire truck loaded in three and a half—including their break. Everything arrived in Kansas City exactly as it was loaded, with zero damage. As the owner of my own moving company, I came in the night before and wrapped and prepped about 65% of the house, which I’m sure played a big part in how smoothly everything went.

We require a $50 deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your final balance and is nonrefundable. The deposit helps cover our employees’ time, as we have experienced situations where appointments are scheduled but customers do not respond to confirmation or are unavailable upon arrival. You may reschedule your appointment if needed; however, if you cancel, the $50 deposit will not be refunded.
