- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require a $50 deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your final balance and is nonrefundable. The deposit helps cover our employees’ time, as we have experienced situations where appointments are scheduled but customers do not respond to confirmation or are unavailable upon arrival. You may reschedule your appointment if needed; however, if you cancel, the $50 deposit will not be refunded.
