- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Cortez Roofing, we provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees. We offer competitive rates for both retail and insurance work, and we also offer seasonal promotions. Every project is carefully estimated to ensure quality materials and skilled labor are included. Financing options may be available for qualifying customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free roof inspection and consultation. Then, we provide a detailed estimate, and if the customer proceeds, we schedule the project promptly. For insurance claims, we assist with documentation and meet with the adjuster if needed. Our team communicates clearly through each step until the job is completed and the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 8 years of experience in roofing, and we are GAF Certified™ Contractors. We continue to educate ourselves through manufacturer training, code compliance courses (IRC & IBC), and insurance claim handling. We also use industry-leading tools like Xactimate, CompanyCam, and Housecall Pro.
