Fernando was working nearby and came over right away. The entire soffit needed replaced and he checked color matches for the materials. He went above and beyond, checking other areas of the roof, cleaning out debris the critters had left behind, and putting up bird spikes to deter entry again. He was personable, skilled, communicated well, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Cortez Roofing for any needed repairs!

We start with a free roof inspection and consultation. Then, we provide a detailed estimate, and if the customer proceeds, we schedule the project promptly.
