First he showed up at 10:30am, and wanted to use my cordless to do the job. I already said he could use my ladder. He left and came back at noon. Took him 20 minutes to get things together. Then later when I went out to see how he was doing, he had already cut a 12' coverlite panel down to 10.5' with a 3inch overlap. I wanted it left the 12', and I have no way of purchasing another one and getting it home. Now he is going to make shift the foot and a half to two feet piece so it is the same length as the rest. He took a lunch break from 1:30-1:50pm. I maybe on my third handyman soon. I am not happpy. I told him to ask before he cuts anything else.
