Introduction: I offer yoga classes, workshops, and private or semiprivate classes. I can tailor classes to focus on stress management, strengthening, therapeutics, flexibility or anything else. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been doing it for years, I can help you grow from wherever you are. I teach a broad variety of styles, from beginner classes to vinyasa or a more gentle therapeutic approach. I am here to help with whatever your needs might be.
