- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our work is priced based on unit measurements, such as square and linear footage. Once our representatives measure your property we can accurately offer our services. Unlike some of our competitors, we give you written contracts with final pricing, so you know you won't get hit with additional charges at the end of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We really try to educate our customers about the contracting process, especially when an insurance claim is involved. It is our philosophy that the more comfortable our prospective customers feel and the more confidence they have in us, the better our chances are at winning their business. Once we have earned that trust and contracted with our customer to perform work, our priority becomes performing their work in a timely manner and being responsive throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our president, Adam Johnson, is a licensed attorney in the state of Nebraska and has spent years dealing with owners, architects, contractors, government agencies, and insurers related to construction projects. Knowing the legal pitfalls of construction contracting help us protect our customers and their property. Our Project Advisor Chip Erwin is a licensed General Contractor with 30 years experience in all trades of residential and commercial work throughout the USA. And our Administration is headed up by Kelsey Hoyt who has created a strong company backbone and has rocketed our professional level of customer service.
