- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set by the Insurance industries software called xactimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will share information about the services we offer and encourage anyone to go view our website. We will then arrange to meet with the client at the location at a time that best suites them. We are available 24 X 7 and will respond anytime. We can also work with the customer to determine if they may possibly have insurance coverage for there loss and assist with getting a claim opened and with there permission can work directly with insurance on any covered loss and usually get the job completed timely and collect payment directly from them without any money out of pocket. We represent the homeowner or business owner and want to make sure the job is completed timely as well as completely to avoid any future secondary damages.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have IICRC certifications in WRT (Water Restoration), ASD (Applied Structual Drying), AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation). I also am certified by the IRI for Fire Restoration specialists.
