Seth did a great job. I gave this experience to my wife as a Birthday present. We have a phenomenal 3 course meal with generous leftovers. He was great to explain things to us and answer any addintional cooking questions we had. We would never have learned to make the dishes we had on our own, now we can make them! Each bite was full of flavor.
