- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out client expectations/concerns Follow up and see the plan through Finish what I start!! Communication during before and after task is done. I will always try to do right by the client. Client satisfaction is my number one priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over a decade in the trade. I can look at a yard and know just what it needs to make sure it pleases the owner.
