We recently removed carpet and installed hardwood in a large bedroom. We hired Joesey to sand, stain and finish the floor. We could not be happier with the outcome. The floor is beautiful. Joesey was professional, on time, communicated well, very knowledgeable and skilled in her profession. I highly recommend her and would hire her again. When the job was finished, she returned to help move the large pieces of furniture back into the bedroom. Before moving the furniture back, she and her boyfriend cleaned and sanded the bottoms of the legs of all the furniture and installed felt pads on the bottom of everything. That is going the extra mile to protect the floors and her beautiful work. Thank you, Joesey.

Joesey was knowledgeable in her field, very professional and honest. My estimate of square footage of this hardwood flooring restoration project was more than the actual square footage, which in turn lowered the total cost of the project by 25%. This honestly goes such a long way. She was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. She explained the entire process from start to finish. Love! Love! Love Joesey! I went into this project with my floor hoping for the best but expecting the worse because I was a newbie and thought my floors couldn’t be repaired. She responded back quickly. Fit me in right on time...worked with my schedule and went above and beyond to make my floors perfect. She was very trust worthy, kind and I can’t say enough good things about her and her service. The first review I’ve really written but she deserves it! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is done on a case by case basis. It is hard to give a price on an approximate job size and without having seen the condition of the floors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer should have me come assess the condition of their floors and take a measurement so that I can give them a more accurate estimate. Then we can discuss what direction they would like to go in as far as colors and finishes for the floors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When possible I may attend various seminars usually given by product distributors in the area, as well as having 34 years of hands on experience.
