Introduction: A.C.K. & associates Home Inspections exceed the industry Standards of Practice and works soley for the client. The typical on site inspection process takes 3 to 4 hours dependent upon the age and size of the house. Upon completion of the inspection process, I spend about an hour reviewing the property and inspection process with the client. After the review, I return to my office and type a complete report, which includes the completed inspection detail and photos. This report is delivered to the client via email the same evening of the inspection date.
I enjoy helping my clients make an informed decision regarding the subject property condition.

My wife and I absolutely recommend ACK & Associates home inspections! Al provided us with two inspections during our search for a new home (9/28/10 and 10/19/10). On both occasions, he was extremely thorough and took the time necessary to ensure a quality inspection. His final reports were timely and detailed, contained many, many pictures, and provided useful suggestions on how to address all areas of concern no matter how minor. He was always patient with us as we asked questions and consistently provided useful, pragmatic answers. Al is the founding president of the NACHI - Omaha Chapter, but beyond that it was obvious Al really emphasizes continuing eduction (he knew the latest code changes) and ethics (objectivity, patience, thoroughness). From our experiences, Al was worth every cent we paid and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector in the Omaha area.

I used A.C.K & Associates for my home inspection and was very impressed. They were very detailed with their inspection and presentation of the property. The hard copy of the report was also very organized and easy to read. All of this illustrated to me the professionalism I was looking for in an inspector because we all know buying a new property comes with a fear of the unknown. A.C.K. removed that fear for me.

As a licensed real estate agent for the state of Nebraska I've seen my fair share of home inspections. When choosing a home inspector you want someone who is thorough, experienced, knowledgeable, has integrity, and has the heart of a teacher. I believe that Alan Kanngieser with A.C.K. & Associates Home Inspection exemplifies ALL of these qualities. Alan takes great pride in a job well done for his clients and if your planning to have a home inspected you should consider using a home inspector that the REALTORS would use for their own personal properties; and for me that home inspector is Alan Kanngieser.
