I wanted to surprise my daughter, who was on a business trip, and have her come home to a clean house. This was last minute and Priscilla responded promptly and was able to work me in to her busy schedule. She did a very thorough cleaning and I was pleased.

I broke my arm recently and with two cats, my house was a mess. She was able to come the next day, on a day she normally doesn’t work, and did everything I asked of her and more. I’m definitely having her back.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do weekly or bi-weekly discount Prices based on how many times I return to clean it. I do extra at no extra charge. I also take out your trash if needed at no extra charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure we both feel comfortable with each other and getting to know the customer and the family even the family. Letting them know the few special things I do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have did Environmental work I have worked in Hotels doing quality control. I have been cleaning home for over 40 years I'm a perfectionist all the time If I'm not happy then they wont be.
