Hi, my name is Tim and I’m the owner of G.O.A.T. Remodeling / Painting / Roofing here in Omaha. I’m a local Nebraska guy who grew up just south of Lincoln and have spent most of my life in this area, so taking care of homes in our community really matters to me.
With 6 years in business and a skilled team of 11, we handle everything from basement finishing and bathroom remodels to interior and exterior painting and floor installation. Our goal is simple: do the job right the first time, with clear communication and respect for your home.

had an excellent experience working with Goat Remodeling, specifically with Tim, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was completely stress-free. Tim genuinely cares about people and is honest to the core—he does not try to rip you off and truly wants his clients to be satisfied.
He provided a very reasonable quote and completed my bathroom project in just two days, which included bathroom flooring, drywall repairs, painting, vanity installation, wall cabinet installation and toilet setting. Throughout the project, Tim went above and beyond, making multiple trips to ensure the materials matched my taste while also staying affordable.
He was extremely responsive to my texts, prompt, and very accommodating with my schedule. He consistently checked in to make sure I was happy with every detail of the work.

Had 550 sq ft of hardwood flooring installed in kitchen and living room. Tim the contractor was very professional and friendly. His crew did a great job installing the flooring. I am a do it yourselfer and was planning on doing it myself with help from my brothers. But it was complicated than I expected, I am glad I hired professionals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, we set up a free estimate for the customer to look at the project that needs to be completed. We take some measurements, walk with the customer through exactly what they are thinking, provide insight and are experienced to make their plans come to life. Then, we provide a free estimate to the customer that's detailed, giving them an opportunity to see exactly what they are paying for.

I grew up on a farm, and I've been in construction for over 20+ years. It just made sense for me to start a business that took care of its customers.
