- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer career coaching sessions at $50 per hour. I also offer a package for $500 that includes 6 sessions, a resume and a professional headshot (photo is by a professional photographer I work with). For resume assistance I charge a 50% deposit for editing services and for new resume crafting (resume from scratch) I charge an additional $75 flat fee, with $75 deposit. Unfortunately, many people have asked me to edit or create products and I’ve started work, dedicating much time and effort, only to get no response, so I’ve implemented a deposit before work is started. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer and I will do a brief consultation over the phone to discuss which service they want or need. Together we discuss the perfect package and move forward!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Masters in Counseling and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). I have worked at two Fortune 500 companies in the HR field. I also own a staffing and career consulting company, Guided Professionals, where I help my clients and candidates get the right fit job and navigate through the application and interview process.
