- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is based on Hourly work that needs completed for a move, and the amount of moving specialists that are needed. We then scope the work based on the home size and how many bed rooms will be loading and unloading in and out of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation usually a phone call to understand your move and provide a clear, upfront quote. Once booked, we confirm all details and handle the planning. On moving day, our professional crew arrives on time, protects your belongings, and completes the move efficiently and safely. We finish with a final walkthrough to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in proper packing, lifting, loading, and furniture protection techniques. We have hands-on experience with residential and commercial moves and follow industry best practices to ensure safe, efficient service on every job.
