Jacey goes above and beyond at Fitness & Beyond!!! She is amazing!
Jul 27, 2016Verified - Patricia W.
I have been working with Jacey as a personal trainer for more than 10 years. She is a fine professional and a warm and compassionate friend. With her help I have prepared for two knee replacement surgeries.

Jacey has helped us tremendously get and keep fit. After a recent surgery I bounced back very quickly proving that fitness works.

Since 2002, Rick and I have been going to weekly workout sessions with Jacey. I love how she describes us as "active aging" and helping us stay active by providing workout programs specific to our needs. I highly recommend Jacey, her focus is on what is best for her clients!

Jacey's program keeps me strong, nimble and balanced as I work through arthritis and knee pain. I am stronger and she includes workouts that improve my tennis game.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Services offered are private one-on-one sessions, partner sessions, small group training, & in home training. We run offers/specials throughout the year. Payment is made on the first of the month. We have several options to ensure that clients can work out at Fitness & Beyond.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A consultation is set up to review a medical history form, informed consent form, and waiver form. At this time, we discuss the client's goals and all other pertinent information. A tour of our studio is also done at this time. A fitness assessment is done before the first training session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? One of our trainers has her PhD, one has her Masters Degree, one has her B.S., and one trainer is in progress of getting her degree. All are certified by either the National Strength & Conditioning Association or the American College of Sports Medicine. Two of our trainers are also Functional Aging Specialists, making us the only ones in Omaha. Also, one trainer is certified in Delay the Disease for Parkinson's Disease. Continuing education is very important to us. We are not afraid to say that we have the most qualified trainers for a broad demographic.
