I’m a dedicated piano teacher with two Piano Performance degrees and over 30 years of teaching experience. I welcome students of all ages and levels, and more than half of my studio is made up of adult learners.
Students describe me as personable, professional, organized, and a clear communicator. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to the piano after years away, or looking to refine your skills, I’ll tailor lessons to your goals and learning style.
I offer both in-studio and online piano lessons, so you can choose the format that works best for you.
If you’re ready to grow your skills and enjoy making music, I’d be happy to talk about lessons and scheduling.

Michelle is amazing - she has great patience and seems to know just what my son needs. Sometimes that’s a minute to wiggle out his sillies before he starts practice. If it’s getting right into it she keeps him driven and loving piano.

Favero Music Studio hits all the right notes with guidance, attention, and useful feedback. My son enjoys his lessons and never sees them as a chore. I love how the instructor is patient, but yet firm with her expectations. She also knows how to communicate with a preteen. She doesn’t talk down to him and treats him like an adult. My son actually plays the piano outside of practice time because it’s fun for him. Thank you!

I am thrilled to receive instruction from Michele. She has a remarkable background in music theory and performance and is able to translate that experience into exceptional lessons. Michele is extremely flexible with her students’ needs - both in their performance expectations and schedules. I started lessons with Michele about 18 months ago as a first-time adult piano player. I appreciate that she was willing to discuss my options (traditional vs Simply Music) and is still flexible at each lesson to explore whatever path we think should be explored in my musical growth. I have found a lifelong mentor in Michele!

Speaking as a person who has coached gymnastics to young females ages 6-17years old for over ten years, I find Michelle to be an absolutely excellent piano teacher. She is open minded, adaptable to the needs/emotional desires of the student (my daughter is 7years old as a beginner) and also the needs of the parents (my daughter has split parents who live in separate households). She is compassionate, patient, kind, and reliable. Also, her knowledge of music history and prioritization of what to teach and when is extremely on point. Tbh, I feel my spirit led us to Michelle as the long term teacher for our daughter and we are extremely satisfied and content with her as our choice of teacher.
