- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is by the room and based on square footage but I take each specific job request individually as well. I talk with my clients about their budget and how we can best utilize the budget to get the most for their money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk through the project details and budget concerns. I assess the property and provide my best estimate of what it will cost and what I can do to help sell the property utilizing my design techniques and furnishings for optimal results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of The Real Estate Staging Association and regularly go to convention and take webinars and classes for continuing Ed. I have completed the Decorate- ReDecorate course for Redesign Certification and have certification from the QC Design School in Home Staging and Redesign
