- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start our process by meeting with our customers to discuss and listen to what their needs and concerns are. From there, we complete a thorough inspection- gathering all of the information we need along with creating a photo report to accurately document everything. We then meet with the customer again to go over our estimate, answer any questions, and discuss a realistic timeline to get the project completed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We both come from years of experience in various construction fields. Our families have operated contracting businesses that we were raised participating in. We felt the timing was right for us to start our own journey by combining our years of experience.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently had the opportunity to help my neighbor after a tree had fallen on their roof, causing a great deal of stress and urgency for them. We were able to complete their full repair as well as addressing some attic ventilation issues they had during the process- all within a week’s time. It felt great being able to help them during a stressful time and offer such a quick turnaround time.
