- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free inspections and fair pricing on any project from small repairs to full replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive your information there will be assigned a Project Manager, who is with you from beginning to end. They will do an on-site visit to inspect damages, present insights and suggest best next steps with no hassle and no obligation. They will provide estimates and assist with any insurance claims throughout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have year-round trainings to stay up-to-date on industry standards and product installations. This includes both residential and commercial products, from James Hardie siding to Brava, Certainteed and many more.
