My overall experience with Kimberly was great, I had her do my trigger points & did it make a difference😀 She is personable, but @ the same time professional. I highly recommend her massage therapy services.

Lisa gives the most healing massages. Every experience I have had visting her massage therapy practice has been exceptional. She not only expertly calms your muscles, she has this way of calming your soul at the same time. I could not think of any reason why anyone would not visit her.

I scheduled an appointment for a one-hour massage on the spur of the moment a few weeks ago when Sara had an unexpected opening in her schedule. What a wonderful and relaxing experience! It opened the door to a most important addition to my personal wellness program that I started earlier this year due to health problems. My focus had only been on increasing exercise and improving eating habits. It never occurred to me that therapeutic massage should also become an integral part of my overall wellness initiative. I haven't felt this healthy in many years! Therapeutic massage complements and enhances the benefits of the many fitness classes offered at The Center. Sara Stoddard is a gifted therapist and works wonders both physically and mentally. While massage obviously addresses physical issues such as aches and pains, tension, stiffness, posture, etc., therapeutic massage also elevates mood. Negative emotions (the stress of schedules, overwork, worry, upset, hurt, anger) are replaced with good feelings, a sense of calm, contentment, composure, and emotional control. I recommend that anyone and everyone consider making therapeutic massage a regular part of their personal wellness program once or twice a month. It is well worth the investment. Schedule an appointment today with Sara and experience the ultimate in relaxation and good health!!
