- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a free, no-obligation consultation. During this visit, we discuss your project goals, review available product options, and take preliminary measurements to prepare an accurate estimate. Once the proposal is approved, our professional measure tech visits your home to take final measurements. Your project is then custom-built at the ProVia factory. Upon delivery, our ProVia Certified Professional Installers complete the installation. Throughout the entire process, both your sales representative and our customer service team remain in close communication to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Full Armor team brings over 35 years of experience in residential exterior renovations. We employ certified, in-house installers to ensure proper installation and long-term performance. Full Armor has proudly partnered with ProVia since 2016 and is one of only 25 companies nationwide to hold ProVia Platinum Plus status, a designation that reflects exceptional product knowledge, installation standards, and customer satisfaction.
