My parents were hit by the storm that passed through on June 16th. They had 4 trees that went completely down. I put a request for bids on the 19th and had Property Enhancement Services contact them that same day and come out and look. The company gave a very competitive bid and was able to start right way. My parents were very satisfied with how professional they were when they came out for the bid and how good of a job they did. My parents and I would hire them again if needed.

Excellent job. When they came out to inspect the water heater they discovered it was not up to code. They inspected, cleaned and drained the water heater. Came back couple of days later to bring the water heater and garbage disposal up to code. City inspected and have passed and are now certified. I appreciate their candor regarding not meeting city code since we intend to sell the property. Reasonably priced.

    Juan Replied to my project very quickly. We agreed to meet at my home within a couple of hours and gave me a quote at the same time. He started the job the same day and did a really great job. I have a big quarter acre yard that he mowed, cleaned up and tore out the old fence that I no longer use. He will also provide a gutter replacement and will give me a quote on a new fence. I am also having him put new plants and put river rocks that is easy to care for. He was very thoughtful in making sure that rain water will be irrigated away from the house. Juan is professional, friendly and very reasonable. I have multiple properties and I will be using Juan for other projects. Thank You Juan, great job!!!

      I own a rental property repair business. I do everything, or I provide another contractor to do it for me. I presently have over 200 houses I do service calls for in the Omaha area. I managed military housing units for 5-6 years, and before that I was a painting contractor. I worked at bases in Washington, DC; New Jersey; Omaha; and Newport, RI. The Naval War Collage and The War Collage Housing were my last assignments before the government privatized their bases. I give bids on all projects over $300.00. I do not do remodeling, just repair, ex. replace faucets, toilets, vanities and such. Also, I do general repairs like doors not closing and locking, some window repairs but not replacing, changing outlets and switches. There's no AC or heat repairs.
