I hired Geoffrey to cook a 5 course dinner for my mom and I as a Christmas present and she absolutely loved it. Geoffrey tailored the menu to her likes and dislikes and accommodated me being pescatarian without sacrificing a meat dish for my mom. Each course was incredibly delicious, seasonal, and balanced. They also were beautiful! His plating is why I booked with him in the first place, and I think added to the special meal. Geoffrey was friendly, professional, and great to work with from start to finish. I’d absolutely hire him again for any other special occasion.

Chef Geoffrey is amazing. My husband and I decided to hire a chef for a family dinner this year instead of exchanging gifts with everyone. Geoffrey and I had an initial discussion about dietary restrictions. I had no vision other than what I could not have (unfortunately a sizable list for me). Geoffrey proposed a five course meal. He had paid such good attention to my restrictions that no tweaking was necessary. He arrived when he said he would, cooked, plated and cleaned everything up. In addition to eliminating all the stress of hosting, he created a fabulous meal. He is personable and talented and a great value for his services.

We had a girls weekend and decided to have a chef come and cook for us. Wow we lucked out. The whole experience was great and the food was beyond my expectations.. beautiful and delicious! Can’t wait to use Evoke again!

We absolutely enjoyed Chef Geoffrey! It was a truly incredible experience… And the food was some of the best any of us had ever had! He was on time, professional, efficient… Left the kitchen, as if he had never even been there… On top of that preparing the evening and all the communication that it took was very easy and deficient as well! Will hire him again in the future absolutely!
