Chef Geoffrey is amazing. My husband and I decided to hire a chef for a family dinner this year instead of exchanging gifts with everyone. Geoffrey and I had an initial discussion about dietary restrictions. I had no vision other than what I could not have (unfortunately a sizable list for me). Geoffrey proposed a five course meal. He had paid such good attention to my restrictions that no tweaking was necessary. He arrived when he said he would, cooked, plated and cleaned everything up. In addition to eliminating all the stress of hosting, he created a fabulous meal. He is personable and talented and a great value for his services.

We had a girls weekend and decided to have a chef come and cook for us. Wow we lucked out. The whole experience was great and the food was beyond my expectations.. beautiful and delicious! Can’t wait to use Evoke again!

Chef Geoffrey did a culinary demonstration for my neighborhood holiday gathering. We had 12 people and he created a menu for some folks with some challenging dietary needs —and it was AMAZING! He worked, talked with my guests, explaining how he was preparing the appetizers, and served some creative, lovely and YUMMY dishes. My friends had a great time and it was so easy to host— Chef Geoffrey did all the work and cleaned up. I almost felt guilty. Almost. ;-) Several of my friends took his business card. This was a huge hit!

We had such an amazing experience with Evoke. The food was beautiful and delicious. Chef Geoffrey was respectful of the space. He graciously responded to my questions and was able to adjust when guests who were not originally accounted for arrived. I will definitely use Evoke for my next gathering.
