Jay and Michelle were a pleasure to work with. Answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. Jay was on site and kept me informed from start to finish. Completed my new roof in one day and did a beautiful job cleaning up. Highly recommend!

They did a great on a problem area with our roof. Michelle was Very responsive And best of all they showed up when they said they would which is 1/2 the battle. Done in a day.

I called on a Saturday of a 3 day weekend. The response was almost immediate, and Jay and Michelle were courteous, realistic, and the job was complete pretty much before I even got replies to my call for help. Jay knew what he was doing, and both were just plain good folks. I plan on getting more work done. I'll be passing this on to anyone who needs roofing work

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes materials, dumpster and labor.
The only time we add a fee is if a customer wants to pay by credit card. We get charged a fee therefore, we add that fee onto the amount that is being paid using a credit card.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come out and assess the customers roof condition and see what the customer wants done along with his/her questions and concerns regarding their roofing or siding project. Once we know what the customer wants he can get the measurements for the roof and assess the condition and get a quote to the customer within 48 hours. Siding jobs are the same process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of hands on experience in roofing and siding.
