- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates! We use an advanced sketching tool that utilizes satellite imagery which allows technicians to build out a comprehensive technical drawing of your roof. This ensures we get you an accurate quote right on the spot! We also offer payment plans to customers looking for financing with interest as low as 0% and $0 down!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins with a free, in-person estimate. However, before we come out to the property, we run your home through our software and a trained sketch technician builds out a full sketch of your roof. We’ll know 90% of the project details before we see the home in person. During the in-person consultation, we verify our data, gather final details that you have for us, then present you with all the options we have available for you. ***We offer virtual consultations upon customer request***
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Billy Markussen: Co-Founder, CEO brings 10 years of residential home services to the table. Through his experience in the HVAC world, he has learned how to take complex subjects and break them down into bite-size pieces for his customers. Billy has a deep desire to “do things the right way” by the company and, most importantly, the customer. Will Medugno: Army Veteran, CoFounder, Director of Sales & Installation, has served his community by honing his craft in the construction industry for 20 years and has learned the craft from the bottom up. Will specializes in educating customers and consulting them through options available to make the best choices for their homes.
