I was having some issues with an external hard drive so I contacted a local shop for a data recovery estimate. They wanted $70 just to look at it and I was told that, with the amount of data that had to be recovered, the total cost would be over $200 (plus another $35 if I wanted it done within 3 days). I decided to shop around for a better price so I contacted Lee at Allgood. His initial quote for recovering my data was less than what the other guys wanted just to diagnose the problem. I dropped my hard drive off with Lee and he called back later that day with his diagnosis. My drive was failing and Lee told me the data recovery process was slow and that the price may go up. I told him to get a new hard drive for me and that I was fine with paying a little more to get my data back. When all was said and done, I had a new hard drive and all my data recovered for less than my initial quote from his competitors. I shudder to think how much having it done by the other guys would have cost, especially with the purchase of the new drive. In the end I probably saved ~$150. He was also done within the time frame the other guys wanted an extra $35 for. I couldn't be more pleased with Allgood's service and will definitely be returning if I ever need any other computer related work done.

I've very pleased with the work Lee did for me. My laptop had a serious spyware problem in addition to corrupted files. He cleaned it all up and my computer is running like new again. He also has helped with various upgrades/suggestions to keep it safe and running smoothly. I'm not a computer geek by any means and Lee took the time to explain things to me and help me to understand what was going on. That means a lot to me since not all computer pros can communicate with non-pros. His pricing is fair and reasonable and he gets the job done in a timely fashion. I've already recommended him to my family and friends and will continue to use his services.

Lee was an awesome person to go to for IT help. I was on my last limb with my external hard drive and thought I was going to love all of my information. Lee was flexible with everything I could have had an issue with and what really sold me was his hospitality. one of the nicest professionals I have ever come into contact with. I highly recommend his services. He is speedy, offers outstanding prices, and provides a quality experience.
