- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a flexible payment and booking schedule for our Dog Walking and Hiking clients - weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Monthly booking makes you eligible for discounted rates. New Clients pay for their first Pet Sitting reservation in full to secure their booking. Subsequent bookings require a 50% pre-payment or 100% pre-payment for Holidays. All of your payments and scheduling are done online with your online account or smartphone App for iPhone or Android.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We will speak with you on the phone to discuss your pet's needs. 2. We will send you a welcome email with more information and a link to set up your online account. 3. We come to your home to for a FREE consultation to be sure we are a good fit for your family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Christine Campbell, is a former Veterinary Technician who started working with animals professionally in 1998. She has been pet sitting since 2006 and has owned a Professional Pet Care business since 2013. Chris: - is Veterinarian-trained and experienced in Emergency Care/Triage and First Aid - passed the Veterinary Technician National Examination (VTNE) in 2006 - is certified in Companion Animal Class IV Laser Therapy - is a Purina Certified Weight Coach - has special training handling nervous/stressed cats
