Our old plasma TV broke down a few days prior to Christmas 2010. I knew Vincent from his time at Tweeter and he was willing to come out on Christmas Eve to install the new system so we wouldn't be without TV over the holidays. We really appreciated that. He also beat Best Buy's lowest price on the TV we purchased. He did everything he said he would, the job was done on time and his work was excellent. He also took the time necessary to educate us on the new features and how to properly operate the remotes. We're currently in the process of doing some upgrades to our home theater system and Vincent was the only person I called. I know I'll be just as satisfied this time around.

These days once you have a complex AV system installed, you can't troubleshoot yourself, which is frustrating. That's what happened to us and I'm glad we found Vince. We've had him here twice, once to set up wi-fi and get our entertainment center on line. Second time much bigger, a new cabinet (which he got us a deal on), new programmed remote, and integrated system. I'm very pleased with it all. First of all, Vince does the work, not an employee or contracted lackey. Most important, he's a straight shooter...tell him exactly what you want, he'll explain, give you the pros and cons, and try to give you just what you asked for. Did I say how pleased I am? It's worth repeating. I'm very happy.

We called Vince to help us after all HD and stereo components had been disconnected in a room. We were very pleased with his service getting things re-hooked up. It was easy for him but not for us. Next time we need help ie. updating we would definitely call for his expertise. He answered our call promptly and came when he said he would.
