Introduction: Hello! My name is Hannah and I am a Yoga & Pilates instructor, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. I believe that both yoga/mobility and resistance training are essential for a healthy & happy body (and a healthy, balanced diet of course). Whether you’re looking to become more flexible, work through an injury, lose weight, gain muscle, become more advanced in your yoga practice, or just live an overall healthier lifestyle, I would love to help you reach your goals! I teach both 1:1 sessions as well as small groups or events. I can travel to you, or I have a studio space in Lynn, MA that you can travel to that is equipped with everything needed for personal training, yoga, and Pilates sessions (1:1 or groups of 2 people).

Hannah has created a workout plan that truly works. I work from home and haven’t had a much mobility as I used to. She’s incorporated workouts that are targeting my specific needs and goals. Definitely recommend her in-person and online training.
