Recently hired Serenity Painting & Renovations to handle the drywall and painting required as part of a kitchen renovation for one of my rental units. Given that the unit was tenanted during the construction I needed professional, on-time, quality, and responsive contractors. Wendel and Paul were all that. They told me what they were going to do and did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. Highly recommended and they will be the first contractor I call when I have future projects.

They did excellent work and price was reasonable. They removed termite damaged sill plate and outer plywood where deck was attached. Wendell and Paul Completed work professionally in a good price by replacing them with pressure treated woods. during the process they pulled away the deck and rejoined to the new plate. Highly recommended, I will definitely hire them again for my next project.
