- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The regular pricing system for our cleaning services are $30 per hour per person. There is no reason in my eyes to charge the outrageous prices some of the corporate companies charge as each and every one of us works hard to earn our money. I enjoy providing the services we at Triple J Cleaning provide and assisting others in elevating the time so they may spend it with family and friends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak to each client personally. Most occassions meet face to face prior to cleaning appointment and walk through the home with client to learn exactly what they are looking for in a cleaning. Discuss best time frame and days for them and coordinate schedules to best accommodate client for cleanings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before coming out of my comfort zone of hitting the time clock daily and knowing exactly what my check would be week to week to start up Triple J Cleaning, I have received my degree in business management and public relations. I also worked 8 1/2yrs in the house cleaning industry for 5 star resorts in the Lakes Region area. Started as an entry level house keeper and sweat my way to the position of head of housekeeping. This allowed me to use the degree i worked so hard for as well as continue with something i enjoy. Want to know more? Don't hesitate to ask!
