Ryan has been cleaning our 5,000sq ft building for 2 years now and what a great decision it was to hire him! Ryan and his team were great. I hired them since my wife gave birth and I didn't want her to come back to a dirty house. They went above and beyond moving children items and were very thorough in their cleaning efforts. I am very detail oriented and was very impressed with their services. Will definitely hire them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair and have competitive pricing. The pricing that I have on my account is just guestimates the actual quote could be lower or higher depending on the condition of the home or business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I bring more people than normal during the initial cleaning so that the home gets cleaned the right way so it is easier to maintain afterward. I bring all forms of insurance and workman's comp and also sit down with the customer to have them sign a payment contract stating that they will pay the payment agreed upon at the end of services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently at Southern NH University working on my bachelor's degree in business management.
