I took my computer to Tech Medic, when my graphics card was failing, for advice about whether I should upgrade my old PC or if it would be better just to replace the graphics card and processor. There was no appointment or wait necessary! Daniel was very friendly and had a good sense of humor, and explained the pros and cons of my options very well - for free! The other place I considered wanted me to bring my computer in and pay for an $80 full diagnosis to "diagnose" a problem I already identified, and that was on top of any parts and/or labor! Daniel looked at my computer right in front of us and gave me the advice I asked for and not only that, but recommended specific parts for me and that I buy the parts myself and optionally have him install them so that I could save even more money. I ended up saving almost $50 on parts, getting free shipping, AND avoiding the mark-up by buying them myself, and excitedly look forward to returning to Tech Medic and having him install at least one of them (as soon as they've shipped).
