- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are required to maintain our CPR certification through the American Heart Association. We also need to maintain our EMT or Paramedic certification through the National Registry of EMTs and through the State of New Hampshire. Our Paramedics are required to maintain their ACLS and PALS certification as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?CPR, First Aid and EMT training. Classes at our facility and on site at the clients location.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? You should make sure your provider has enough equipment for everyone to have the own training mannequin, and other equipment so they are not just standing around. On site training should have the same thing, and the instructor should bring the appropriate AV equipment to handle the class. You should also have an instructor that has done CPR in the past, such as an EMT or Paramedic.
