- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sessions vary in length depending upon the issues that a client is coming to see me for. I do offer packages for some areas such as stop smoking and health weight. However, there are others that may need only one session, while some issues require multiple sessions. We cannot put the mind into a box and say for this issue, it will only take 2 sessions and for that issue it takes 4 sessions. Each person is different and has different experiences. One experience may be traumatic for one individual that causes blocks for moving forward while another person may experience the same thing and it has no effect at all. Depending upon the length of the session and the number of sessions required, the price varies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is extremely important in any field, including hypnosis. I attend the annual hypnosis conference and also am a teacher at the conference. I also continually read and update my knowledge in the areas of hypnosis, brain and mind. They are all interrelated and scientists continue to discover more and more about our mind and our body and how they are interconnected.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I saw a hypnotist to help me with issues that I had and found how powerful the mind truly is. From there I decided to become certified and offer services to my clients. While I was training to be a hypnotist, I realized that I had been using hypnosis to heal various physical issues I had, without realizing it. From there, I developed additional techniques that I use and that I share with my clients and with my students.
