- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will schedule an Appointment with you to meet at Your Property. At that time we will Evaluate the project, Provide you with our recommendations, and take Photos and Measurements. A detailed no-obligation Estimate will be provided Free of Charge, via E-mail. If hired we will also provide a Free Design and Color Consultation
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will Call to follow up after the Estimate has been submitted (to make sure it was specified correctly, etc). If the Client decides to Move Forward, the project will be Scheduled with a clear Start date and Finish date. A Deposit will be required to Finalize Scheduling. Once the project is Started, work will Continue until Completed. Upon Completion and Satisfaction of the client, Balance of agreed price is Due in Full.
