- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My sessions are structured around monthly programs because consistency gets the best results. Monthly programs range from $800–$900 depending on the style. If you want to try a single session first, it’s $200 — and that $200 is credited toward your first month if you decide to continue. No hidden fees, no contracts, just straightforward training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask about your goals — fitness, technique, confidence, MMA, or stress relief. Then we do a session where I assess your movement and teach you the basics. If you decide to continue, we choose a monthly program that fits your goals and schedule. Every session after that builds off the last one so you always feel progress. It’s a simple, organized system that helps you learn fast without feeling overwhelmed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of martial arts training, including professional competition experience as a UFC veteran. I’ve coached at all levels — from kids and beginners to fighters and athletes. I’m also the Athletic Director at Level Ground MMA, where I oversee programs, instructors, and training systems. My entire career has been built around learning, performing, and teaching martial arts at a high level.
