Originally booked an appointment which the technician had to reschedule but the manager called me and owned the mistake and made it right by putting my job as the first one the next morning. Reggie the technician showed up, was professional, showed my property respect, and walked me through every detail to make sure we were aligned. Job was sink plumbing, garbage disposal hookup, dishwasher line, and fixture install on short notice. Also they are priced very competitively priced. Solid job, would hire again !"See more

My Mom and myself are both disabled and couldn't do the job but they came in knowing what needed to be done and did it excellently. They moved our appointment up a day because they were concerned about what another plumbing company said we needed. Tony was great at doing the job when he was supposed to be going home for the day he took our appointment and was incredible. He even helped us with a couple small things noticed that wasn't on the work order we submitted. I would highly recommend Overflow Plumbing Co. Jumped on Thumbtack and Purple Moose was quick to respond. The quote process was easy requiring some photos. He was able to provide all the documentation I requested (COI, license, detailed quote sheet). I appreciated that he took the initiative to clear the city's permit process. I believe in doing things 'by the book' and it was clear so did he. He was on time (I was late) and he got right to work with an excellent level of professionalism. His quality of work was high and he left the space as best as a dingy basement could be. Other providers have left a mess to clean up. Within a few hours the water heater was replaced and the tenant was even showering. I highly recommend Purple Moose Plumbing.
