I had a great experience working with NWE LLC, represented by Douglas. Our project was a little unusual—we wanted to increase the height of our existing master bathroom vanity from 31 inches to 37 inches. The vanity itself was in perfect condition, so I was unsure whether modifying it would make sense or if we would be better off replacing it entirely.

Douglas came onsite first to understand the project, walked me through the scope of work, and gave me confidence that modifying the existing vanity was absolutely doable. I really appreciated that he took the time to understand what we wanted rather than immediately suggesting a replacement.

On the day of the project, Douglas was professional, patient, and did not rush the job. He explained what he was doing and why as he worked, and carefully built a wooden frame underneath the vanity to raise it to the desired height. The finished result looks great and accomplished exactly what we wanted.

He also cleaned up the work area once the job was complete, which I really appreciated.

I’m extremely happy with the final result and with the overall experience. He also helped me install a heavy entry mirror and it hanged perfectly. I would definitely work with Douglas and NWE LLC again and would happily recommend them to friends and anyone looking for a reliable and professional handyman.

Douglas helped us finish patching and painting two bedrooms and bathroom on the lower level, about 500 sq. ft. It included doors, baseboards and trims. We provided the material. He also moved heavy washer and dryer to patch and paint the laundry space. We felt comfortable to leave our home attended to run errands while he was doing the work. The quality of work was a four out of five. Overall it was a good experience and I'll definitely work with him and recommend him to others.

Douglas was very helpful! I needed help mounting items onto dry wall and concrete. He successfully mounted heavy shelves, dry erase boards, and coat racks. I would hire him again!

Douglas was very professional while setting up our bug netting on the back porch of our condominium. He was very kind and communicated well with a translator. He cleaned up after himself and let us know if there was a question he had about something before doing it. I would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a handyman!
