- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by clear scope and condition, not by guesswork. Labor ranges are shared up front and finalized after photos/measurements or a quick walkthrough. Standard payment terms: 50% at start / 50% at completion. No surprise fees, disposal and materials are listed if included. New-customer promo: $ 50 off labor on tile, drywall or interior painting jobs over $600. We provide free estimates; on-site visits are credited to the job if you hire us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Same-day ballpark and options. Quick on-site walkthrough to confirm scope. Written estimate with timeline, materials, and dust-control plan. Schedule + 50% deposit; we protect floors and contain dust. Daily updates; final walkthrough and 50% balance when the work is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years combined field experience in bathroom tile, drywall repair/finishing, interior painting, LVP installs, and deck repairs. , We fallow Trex installation guidance for deck work, and guidance for all other jobs.Continuous practice on dust control, surface prep, and clean job sites.
