- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel that an open line of communication is extremely important when dealing with a customer, whether old or new. When I meet a new customer my primary goal is making sure they feel comfortable with me. I am willing to answer any and all questions related to my knowledge and expertise, as well as the specific work I will be performing for them. It's really very simple, if the customer is happy, I'm happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 20 years experience working in the flooring trade. I know all there is to know when installing, repairing, and refinishing hardwood floors. I've even been called a "wood floor whisperer".
