- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our coaching is designed for people who want real, lasting results, not quick fixes. Most clients start with our 17-Week Foundations Program, where we focus on helping you lose fat, rebuild strength, and establish sustainable habits that fit your life. Because every client’s situation is different, pricing depends on the level of support and coaching that makes the most sense for you. We’ll walk through all of that during your complimentary consultation call, where we’ll discuss your goals, answer questions, and determine whether our coaching is the right fit. There’s no pressure and no obligation — the goal is simply to see if we can genuinely help you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation call where we talk through: • Your goals • Your current challenges • Your schedule and lifestyle • What has or hasn’t worked for you in the past This allows us to determine if our coaching is the right fit and what approach would work best for you. If you decide to move forward, we begin with our 7-Day Fast Track process where we gather detailed insight into your nutrition, training history, lifestyle, and daily routines. From there we build your individualized training and nutrition plan and begin the coaching process. Throughout the program you'll receive: • Structured training programming • Nutrition guidance tailored to your lifestyle • Regular check-ins and accountability • Adjustments as life changes or obstacles arise Our goal is to help you stay consistent and keep progressing, even when life gets busy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our coaching team combines advanced education, professional certifications, and over a decade of real coaching experience. Credentials include: • Registered Dietitians (RD) • Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) • Tactical Strength & Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) • Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coaches • NASM Certified Personal Trainers Our team also holds advanced degrees in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Biomechanics, and has experience working with a wide range of clients — from busy professionals and parents to athletes and tactical professionals.
