The guys are northeastern photo booth were awesome to work with when they came out to my daughters birthday party. They loved the props and the whole experience. Getting a copy of the photos to bring home with them was an added bonus! 10-10 would definitely recommend

I am so thrilled with the photos from my bat mitzvah. we were planning on hiring a photographer but decided to try out northeastern photo booth, and I am so glad we did. the photos came out awesome. Everyone was able to take home a copy of their photos which was even better. Adam was extremely reliable and friendly, I could tell that he truly cares about his customers. Highly recommend! Unfortunately I must review this person in such a manner that disappoints. I paid in full in advance of my party ,I gave him a referral a week prior to my party for which he showed up for . We spoke and discussed my party when I seen him at the persons party I referred him to . On the day of my party he did not show ? He did not call or attempt to make contact as he stated he had 4 other employees working for him . I thought maybe something happened at first until I noticed he was online at the moment I was reading all of my urgent hope all is well messges which then turned to what is going on ? Then how do I request a refund as he missed my party entirely ignoring my calls as well . I did not have a camera man and these photos and album that I was to obtain from Adam would have been all I had to commemorate my gender reveal and now I have no pictures at all . I'm upset and just want my refund in which he ignored in the dispute with Thumbtack. I believe if this is how business is done Thumbtack should remove his profile entirely as this is bad for the site I have never had a problem like this before and I come here for all my event needs?
