- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I promise to be fair and affordable to all of my customers. Many people consider house cleaning to be a luxury only appreciated by the upper class but I am trying to use competitive pricing to make it available to everyone!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet in person first. Not only for a free estimate but to become aquatinted with all of my new customers. I believe it is crucial to develop these professional relationships!

I have a great deal of experience after being in this industry for years.
