FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The biggest factor that I usually hear in pricing is "I know someone who can do it cheaper". That may be true, although the difference between myself and them is that I will take the time to ensure the work is done correctly and to your standard. I do not take shortcuts and will always strive to give you the best experience and results possible. Until Jan. 1st, Veterans and active service members will receive a 10% Discount on jobs costing more than $250.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The biggest thing that I have learned from my time in the trades is that customers want the work done quickly, and they want it done correctly. The only calls I intend on receiving are calls for more work. Anything less, then I wouldn't deserve the title of being a "handyman"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of commercial and residential carpentry experience. I have done it all from pouring the foundations for homes, to installing trim and painting. - Both rough & finish carpentry - Drywall repairs/installation - Mudding/sanding/painting - Toilet & sink replacements - Door & window installation - And much much more.
