I connected with Alexis immediately we spoke. I am excited to get on his journey with her as my Nutritionist.
I can't speak highly enough about Alex as he has been my trainer and also nutritionist. I have never looked better and that's all due to him creating a specific work out and nutrition plan personalized just for me. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, intune, caring, kind and responsive. Hands down he is the absolute best in the industry!
Toni is just right nutritional professional I am looking for. My meeting with her went well and she knew exactly what I need assistance with. I am glad that I choose her. She is very well experience in her field and that is what I was looking for. I looking forward to work with her and see the results.
I have been seeing Ms. Cori Cohen for about 5 years now, and have succeeded in fixing many health issues thanks to her advice and guidance. She helped me figure out the that the root of most of my physical issues was caused in my gut, and recommended diets and lifestyle changes for me that have been transformational. I was able to knock my blood pressure nearly in half, and fix rashes that have been ailing me for years. She recommended exercises and herbs that have helped me to lift my spirit after suffering from anxiety and depression for years. She has a lovely, bubbly personality...that has made me feel naturally more motivated to taking care of myself. She has put me at ease, rather than making me feel shame as some of my past dietitians have. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a professional nutritionist because of her big heart and amazing knowledge when it comes to body, mind, and spirit.
I coach girls cross country as well as track & field. On multiple occasions Toni met with my team to discuss healthy eating habits with specific focus on nutrition for athletes. She talked about pre workout and post workout foods that are best to help improve performance. My team was totally engaged because Toni connected so well with the girls and her talks with them have truly made a difference in my program. On two specific occasions Toni met an athlete of mine out to lunch to help them create a healthier diet that would help them perform better and in reality just live a healthier lifestyle. I contact Toni often just to ask my own personal questions about certain foods or what I hear in the media. I like to think of her as my personal nutritionist because she is always helping me or my athletes. Toni is such a wonderful and positive person, the experiences are always fantastic.
Dina worked with me as a personal nutritionist for 1 year. I had an extremely positive experience with her. She taught me how to have a healthy relationship with food that was customized to my lifestyle. She is warm, funny, very professional and tremendously knowledgable in her field. I would highly recommend her services!
“My name is Judy Boksner and it brings me so much pleasure to write on behalf of Marina Shevel who has been my nutritionist and integrative health coach for the past few years. She is one of the most caring and supportive people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have had food issues my entire life. As a child my nick- name was skinny bones. I could eat anything and everything and still be as skinny as a stick. As the years went by and I had children of my own, I never truly enjoyed food and became more of just a snacker that craved sweets. My body also changed and I went from being super skinny to being a mid sized woman. It became difficult to accept the changes in my body. I was literally addicted to apple strudel and Diet Coke. I never thought in my life that I would give up these things. Well I have. The changes that I have made this year have been dynamic. I now drink only water and seltzer. I no longer look at a Diet Coke and yearn for it like I did in the past. I haven’t had an apple strudel in over 6 months. Bread was my biggest craving in life and now I don’t eat it. I’m not going to lie some days are harder than others and some days I eat more gluten free cookies than I should, but overall I’m moving in a better direction and feel happier about the choices I am making. My body finally has learned to crave foods that are healthier for me. I now enjoy things such as pecans, kale, and Brussels sprouts. It’s purely amazing. Marina helps you make changes in your life slowly and gradually. She accepts that each person is different and unique and always gives you options. She clearly understands that changes will only take place if a person is comfortable doing something. What I also truly liked, is that she works together with your doctor. She encouraged me to get blood work done by my physician to see if I had any nutritional deficiencies, etc. I am a bit scared of doctors but she was supportive and encouraging and got me to take this important step. Marina delves deep into the emotional connection to health and well being. She has helped me accept my imperfections and realize they are what make me unique and special. Lastly, Marina has helped me improve my sleep. I have struggled with sleep issues for over 20 years. I have finally with her guidance and support found naturally remedies. I have been off of nasal steroids and medications for over two years now. Marina is purely a wonderful human. She will hold your hand in the initial stages and really get to know you. She will gradually release the level of support as needed and help you continue your journey. She’s always available on good days and bad to reach out via text message. If I’m having a really bad day she’s there to cheer me on and remind me how far I’ve come. She’ll also reach out often on her own with wonderful research based articles or words from the heart to check on progress and continue to provide support. Her professionalism and passion is unparalleled in the industry. I can’t recommend her enough. It will be a worthwhile investment.”
Aly is such a great nutritionist. The diet she has recommended me has worked wonders in only two weeks of adapting it to my everyday. She is lovely, well-spoken, knows what she is talking about, always present when you need her, always following up and concerned about you. I must say I was kinda uncertain of her professionalism before meeting with her, because she doesn't have her own office space in NYC so we had to meet at a random cafe, though it was worth it!!! As they say: " Do never judge a book by its cover." She's OUTSTANDING!!!
Anna is an excellent nutritionist, she gave me a complete plan to reach my goals, also a lot of useful advices about health. I am having monthly visits to follow up my case and already have improved a lot. Thanks to Anna I am in good health now.
Lisa is an extraordinary person. Kind, warm, knowledgeable, patient, attentive, guiding without ever being condescending, full of answers - but answers that are grounded in you nourishing your own power. Her work goes so far beyond food and exercise - which is why it is effective - because weight loss is never just about food and exercise. For such a messy difficult topic, she is the incredibly rare person who can actually help you make true progress while enjoying the process. I have never encountered a nutritionist, diet/food book or expert who comes anywhere close to the realm within which Lisa operates. I give her my highest recommendation. Working with Lisa has been a dramatic life changer. Not only that I dropped 3 jean sizes but I’ve developed healthy eating and exercise habits that allow me to maintain my current weight (which used to be my goal weight) with ease. I still continue working with her to further reach my health and body goals because Lisa’s coaching, guidance and support is that good and helpful!
Dara is a knowledgeable nutritionist who helped me lose 12 pounds so far. When I first came to her, my blood pressure was too high and sugar was out of control. She is guiding me to slowly change the way I eat and I have made lasting changes. She is very understanding and I have learned so much about eating the right foods and how it's important to eat every 4 hours. I would definitely recommend her for weight loss or diabetic diet or anyone looking to eat healthier.
I'm so glad I hired Tawnya! She is an outstanding chef. Not only does she cook delicious food but she is a great nutritionist - knowledgeable and intuitive. I needed input for a project that required knowledge of budgeting, familiarity with a range of ingredients and confident cooking skills. Tawnya delivered all of these to deadline and was collaborative, professional and a great leader.
I was contacted immediately. The nutritionist was very pleasant and helpful. She was confident that she Could meet my needs.
