Vlad and his team are fantastic. They tackled an entire bathroom and kitchen renovation in 5 weeks, and even moved walls, doorways, lighting, and added on some additional projects that we hadn't originally thought we would do. Vlad and his crew were at our house every single day, communication was great, and we are so happy with the finished product. 10/10 recommend. We have actually hired them again for more work. I took a chance on Vlad for my kitchen revamp, and I’m glad I did. Vlad stuck to his timeline, and did an excellent job. He has a crew, he’s not a one-man show, and they are all experts in what they do. Vlad himself is hands-on with all aspects of the work from electrical to plumbing, flooring, painting, etc. He also stopped by for touch-ups long after the project was completed. That’s what differentiates a professional from a handyman. I will hire him again for other projects I need to do in my house. And Vlad is easy to work with too.

I could not be happier with the kitchen and bathroom renovation performed by Vlad and his team. Some pretty heavy construction included a wall cutout with new beams between 2 rooms, new kitchen floor with major demo of the old one and leveling the floor under tiles, a new bathroom window, changing plumbing location in bathroom for shower, and new bathroom floor. Consummate professionals, extremely skilled, detail oriented, precise. Vlad cares about quality and does not rush. Everything is done properly and thoroughly. A true expert. Highly knowledgeable and resourceful. Wonderful communication. Responsive to feedback. Doing work like this is stressful for the homeowner and Vlad's calm, cool demeanor and confidence really helps in all decision-making (and there are a lot of decisions on projects like this!). Super careful with expensive materials and also with your belongings. You can place your trust in Vlad! He's also very kind person. Delightful to work with. I could never have tackled this project without his consultation and help along the way! Thank you Vlad. This is a young gentleman going places in his business . . . book him while you can! :) My home is transformed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depends on the size of project (or square feet). I will be able to send you approximate quote when I will know what needs to be done. I am always open for negotiating with customer, so just let me know what repairs you need, and we can discuss price. Prices do not include materials, please, keep that in mind.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I am giving a free approximate estimate via text message or call, it saves mine and yours free time. As soon as you will let me know that price works for you, we will schedule a day to starts repairs, and I will et you know approximate timing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have more than 8 years of exterior and interior construction experience, and I do believe that experience, and customers feedback talks to itself.
