Brett is truly a highly qualified personal trainer who has helped me with my fitness endeavors. He has immense knowledge in all aspects of training and does not waste time in getting you to where you want to be. Brett is tough but patient enough to help you with your personal goals. I have trained with him specifically for strength and conditioning such as boxing and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). What I enjoy is that he works out with me and not just tells me how to do the moves. There are two kinds of trainers out there; those who dictate and those who participate - if you are looking for the latter, Brett is the perfect personal trainer for you. You better bring your A game if you're planning on training with him because he is the real deal!

"I have known Brett Potts for over 10 years now. He is a professional. Not only is he a great guy, he is also loyal, dedicated, and very easy to get along with. He has helped me prepare for my fights and tournaments when I used to compete. Brett is a great boxing trainer and conditioning coach. I love his training methods because he is tough and also has a cerebral approach to everything. He is the real deal, and that is why he is one of my trainers. When I decided to step away from competition and open my own gym, it was a no brainer for me to have Brett assist me as one of the instructors. He is a leader in the gym, and a great teacher especially since he pays attention to every detail. He is also very motivating, bringing non-stop action to all of his classes and keeps everyone engaged at all times. Brett's training style is very motivational and supportive as much as it is intense and tough. In the moments where I thought I had nothing left to give he helped me dig deep and get a bit more out of myself, which has helped me tremendously with my training!

Brett is a fantastic coach. I am very happy with him. He is highly knowledgeable of fitness and the craft of boxing. I find him to be a good listener and very helpful. He is also very energetic and motivational. With his help I have lost weight, gained energy, gained self esteem, learned how to defend myself and found the warrior in me. I look forward to working with Brett in the years to come.
